These terms are temporary, are not effective, and do not yet form a final agreement with any legal entity.

FinBro is a general research and information tool that values businesses and real assets with documented models.

FinBro does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations or suitability assessments. FinBro does not produce ratings, entry or exit levels, timing, position sizing or allocation outputs.

The same methodology is applied for every user. No user's personal circumstances, such as holdings, objectives, investment horizon or risk tolerance, are used to produce any output.

These terms are accepted only explicitly, through the in-app acceptance step shown before the workspace opens. Browsing or using the service without completing that step is not treated as acceptance.

The acceptance step records which version of each required document was accepted or acknowledged: the Terms of use and the Research, AI, and risk notice are accepted, and the Privacy notice is acknowledged. Each legal document has its own version; when a material change is published to one of these required documents, its new version must be accepted or acknowledged, as applicable, before the workspace can be used again. Legal documents, sign-out, account deletion, billing cancellation and privacy-rights requests remain available without acceptance.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with access, attempt unauthorized access, or use outputs in a way that violates applicable law.

Users remain responsible for account security and for having the right to submit content. Final account, suspension, and content-license terms are pending.
