BUY/HOLD/PASS calls, price targets and scenarios are produced by an automated, multi-model analytical process from third-party market and issuer data. They are general in nature.

The analysis draws on primary and public-record data alongside market and derived inputs. It may contain errors, omissions or stale figures, and it is not real-time trading data. Verify anything material independently before acting on it.

We process account and usage data to provide the service. Authentication is via Amazon Cognito. Your conversations and the reports they generate are associated with your account. Each run is performed fresh from current data — a run does not recall other users' conversations or the conclusions of your prior sessions.

Your rights (GDPR / Spanish LOPDGDD): you can delete your account from Account → Data & privacy. Deletion settles billing, removes your Stripe customer, signs you out of Cognito, and purges your account data and assistant memory. Data export/portability is not yet available — a request control is shown but the export itself is coming soon. Access is by invitation and tied to your account. You agree not to share your access, and not to redistribute, resell, republish or commercially exploit the outputs, nor to scrape or automate their extraction.
